A hymenium is often a layer of microscopic spore-bearing cells that addresses the area of gills. From the nongilled mushrooms, the hymenium traces the interior surfaces with the tubes of boletes and polypores, or handles the tooth of backbone fungi along with the branches of corals. While in the Asc
